Your records are safe, and they stay yours.

Boards ask about this, and they should. Here is the whole answer in plain language, the same one we’d give you on a call.

It belongs to your congregation
Your Members, Households, and dates are your congregation’s records, not ours. We never sell your data, and we never use it for anything but running your community’s office.
Your own space, your access
Each community’s data sits in its own space. Access is role-based, for the people you choose: an administrator, the rabbi, a board member. You can change it any time.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your data travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted on managed cloud infrastructure.
Yours to take, any time
Export everything as clean spreadsheets whenever you want. No permission needed, no waiting, no fee.
If we ever wind down
You get at least 90 days’ notice and a full export of your records. Your data is never locked in with us.
