Add a Commitment right from Payments to file

If you are filing a payment and the household does not have a Commitment for that year yet, select Add commitment right in the filing window.

Enter the fiscal year and the annual amount and save. You are brought back to the payment, where you can review it and select File to confirm.

This saves a trip to the household page when you are mid-filing and notice a Commitment is missing.
