Move a payment to the right dues year, household, or fund

You can now fix a payment that was filed to the wrong place. Choose Change filing on any recorded payment to move it to the right dues year, household, member, or fund, with a review of balances before you confirm. Each correction keeps a history, so you can see what changed and when.

Change filing also works for a dues year that does not have a commitment yet. The payment counts toward that year, and a Commitment needed flag reminds you to set the annual amount later. Edit payment details still handles receipt details and notes.
